Rhonda Blanchard - President and CEO
Rhonda Blanchard works closely with NSBS employees, managers and partners to deliver superior customer service. For the past 25 years, she has worked with husband Gary Blanchard to build a solid corporate infrastructure with an intense focus on the customer experience.
“The growth we’ve experienced is primarily due to our consistent attention to customer requirements and personal relationships,” says Blanchard. She’s involved in every aspect of the business and continually monitors the strength, visibility and dependability of the NSBS brand.

Gary Blanchard - Executive Vice President
With more than 40 years experience as a locksmith and general contractor, Gary Blanchard ensures that customers receive the products and services that fit their unique needs. He works hand-in-hand with suppliers to guarantee customers high quality solutions and the most favorable pricing. Gary also works with NSBS technicians and vendors on a daily basis to maintain certifications, skill-levels and on-the-job competence.
“Our expectations are really high,” says Blanchard. “We focus on doing the job right the first time… every time.”
Gary’s in-depth knowledge of NSBS solutions and partner offerings helps him match customer demands with the appropriate products and services. He often suggests alternative approaches or products to lower costs while meeting all requirements. In many cases, he’s able to “right-size” solutions to specific needs and eliminate unnecessary, overkill purchasing.

Marnie Cullen - Vice President, Customer Care
Marnie Cullen has been leading NSBS customer care initiatives since 1999. She has 15 years’ experience in the customer service industry. Cullen manages all pre- and post-sales customer support, special projects, nationwide service providers, and NSBS customer service call centers in Downey, California and Henderson, Nevada.
In order to ensure first-rate support, Cullen acts as a liaison between Customer Service Reps, National Account Managers, Field Services Managers, Corporate Facilities and Operations. She also maintains and develops business relationships with contractors and vendors. Prior to her current role, Marnie worked in the NSBS estimating department as a customer service rep and in house dispatcher where she learned the detailed requirements of our diverse customer base.

Sheryl Bowman - Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Sheryl Bowman manages all financial matters for NSBS, including accounting, internal audits and controls, sales taxes, taxes, banking, risk management, and inter-company transactions. She has held the position since 2003 and has more than 20 years’ experience in the accounting field. Prior to joining NSBS, Bowman was CFO at Partners in Leadership, a business management consulting firm. Sheryl is a California native and holds a business administration degree from California State University, Sacramento with an emphasis on accounting and economics.
